Concrete Sawing
Concrete sawing is the process of using specialized power tools with diamond-coated blades to cut through concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other hard materials. This method is a precise and efficient alternative to traditional demolition with jackhammers, as it creates cleaner cuts and minimizes dust and debris.
Core Drilling
Core drilling, also known as concrete coring, is a precise and efficient method of creating perfectly round holes in concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other hard materials. Unlike traditional percussive methods like jackhammering, which can cause structural damage and excessive noise, core drilling is a non-percussive process that minimizes vibration, dust, and mess.

Wall Sawing
Wall sawing, also known as track sawing, is a precise concrete cutting technique used to create straight, clean cuts in vertical and horizontal surfaces. The method involves mounting a saw with a circular, diamond-tipped blade onto a track that is anchored to the wall, floor, or ceiling.
Demolition
Demolition is the process of safely and systematically dismantling, razing, or wrecking a building or other structure. It is a complex field that requires careful planning, engineering expertise, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Unlike deconstruction, which focuses on salvaging materials for reuse, demolition is generally about clearing a site for new construction or removing an unsafe structure.

Wire Sawing
Is a highly versatile and efficient cutting technique that uses a metal wire or cable to slice through a wide range of materials. Unlike traditional saws that rely on teeth, wire sawing cuts through friction and abrasion. The process is particularly well-suited for large-scale, complex, and heavily reinforced structures, as it has virtually no limitations on cutting depth or size.
Rebar Scanning
Rebar scanning, also known as concrete scanning or rebar location, is a non-destructive testing (NDT) process used to inspect the internal structure of concrete. The primary purpose is to locate and map out reinforcing steel bars (rebar), as well as other embedded objects like post-tension cables, conduits, and pipes, before any cutting, drilling, or coring is performed. This is a critical step in construction and renovation projects to ensure the safety of workers and the structural integrity of the building.
